Project Happiness
Did you know you can walk off a bad mood? Studies show that even a 10-minute walk immediatelyt boosts brain chemistry to increase happiness. Walking, too often, is an underrated exercise. It's easy to do, you can do it anywhere, and it costs nothing! It actually is one of the most "nutritious" movement patterns out there -- especially if done out in nature on an un-groomed surface. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or defeated by something, move your boday and notice how much better you feel! What sorts of movement or exercise do you like to do? |
